Google The lady doing my nails was extremely rough whilst filing and has cut the skin around my nails on 3 fingers which is now very painful, she also did not really speak to me during the appointment stating it was due to her concentrating but this made me feel very awkward during the appointment.

Google Won’t go back. Lady was nice but she hurt my finger once with the tool for sanding… pulled my hand away once. The cut away cuticle on two fingers that made them bleed. Much to my horror it was not NOT clean… the tools were clearly not cleaned between clients. She then said ‘I’m going to apply some of this just to be on the safe side’ try just keeping the tools sterile! It made me cringe! One nail is lumpy £40 paid and feel ripped off… I wouldn’t say it’s the nail technician fault. As much as the company that’s running the shop! Will NOT be back and feel totally robbed for the experience and quality of nail I have on one finger and how saw my nail beds are on three fingers. God knows what state my nails are in under the acrylics after all the sanding.

The company provides the technician with all the products which includes the hygiene stuff to keep all tools cleaned at all times
It is the responsibility of the technician to makes sure this is done
And I will surly look into this as this should not happen thank you for your review as this will help us make sure it doesn't happen again
