Artemis Nails was changed name to Aiqin Nails before 10 years. It has more than 10 years history, both technical or service are the best nail salon in Newcastle city centre. Opening times is 10am - 6pm on Monday to Saturday. Sunday or public holiday would be closed.

My nail snapped off completely within six days of them having them while pulling my pants up I’m absolutely livid about this... will be expecting a full refund and a new nail tomorrow when I go to see the shop

Was quite happy with my nails although I was left with a small cut on my finger, but the staff took ages as the staff kept leaving me to attend to other customers. All in all four different staff members did different parts of my nails and only one of them actually spoke to me. The rest of the time they were talking to each other in a different language. None of them smiled or seemed happy.

went in for gel polish on my natural nails. had regular polish on when i went in and they made me soak them off. i tried to explain that it wasn't gel but she insisted i stick my fingers in a bowl of acetone. filed my natural nails down with an electric file as if they were acrylic - so now they're super thin! gel polish application was horrible, all over the walls and cuticle. their work station also had old nail clippings and polish chips all over, which is very unsanitary. needless to say i'm not going back.

I visited the nail salon on the 20th July. For a full set of gel acrylics there was a cue which is expected during summer holidays. The nail applying process was rather efficient although staff were rude and hardly talked during the process. I had pre looked at nails that I wanted and showed to a member off staff and she started to apply. One nail from both hands was to be applied with glitter however they used 2 different fingers for the process. They then took my money from me and then after my nails were painted I had been accused of not paying my £23.00 I had previously paid.once realising I had paid I had no apology from the staff and this was very rude in my opinion. I would not visit this nail bar again. May I add to my experience at this nail bar that after 7 days there was a lot of growth and nails had fell of during simple tasks.
I hope this is helpful to anyone looking to go to this nail salon.
This nail growth has happened to another friend whom had her nails done on the same day as I did.
