I don’t usually write reviews, but I genuinely feel Sophie deserves to be shouted about!

From someone who has always had DIY brows, I was terrified that getting my brows ‘done’ professionally would end in them not looking natural, but Sophie has a serious talent and I’m so happy with the finished results ❤️
Her lash lifts are also 10/10.

In short…great treatments, but also great vibes and craic from Sophie! I can’t recommend Apotek enough ✨

A perfect brow lamination/shaping and lash shift in beautiful surrounds, with the best lash and brow tech in Newcastle! I love Apotek ♥️ I also tried red light therapy at Unmask, Apotek’s sister company and it did absolute wonders for my skin, helping to repair my skin barrier and reduce the appearance of my rosacea. So so so good.

I have been visiting Sophie for 4 years now and I honestly can't sing her praises enough.
On top of doing a fantastic job of my brows and lashes every single time, she brings the banter in a big way.

As a small-talk hater I was initially drawn to Sophie because she is quite happy for the appointment to be low-energy, with no pressure to chat. While that's gone out the window for me now because I love our chats, I think it's fantastic that the option is there.

Sophie is also serious about aftercare and telling you everything you need to know to keep your brows looking fresh!
