The staff who did my brows didn’t ask how I wanted my brows to be done though I tried to instruct her.
Also she broke the thread whilst working on my brows. You can tell how heavy her hands were. This is the third time I’ve been here. I wouldn’t be coming again if that same staff will do my brow 😒😒😒😒

I now go here for my eyebrow wax. I never have to wait long. The girls are lovely. They do my brows just the way I want them done. The prices are fab. I never have to make an appointment.

Unpleasant experience because of rude staff. Person working on me broke the thread while working on my eyebrows causing much discomfort. I simply asked if she was done with the eyebrows because she started to add cream immediately after this. She aggressively told me to relax because she did not do this on purpose. Would not go back again because of the poor service.

Very poor eyebrow wax. The women didn't ask what I wanted and took to much off my eyebrows. Very thin now and a chunk missing.
