4. BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL LISTINGS
This section provides the information required by Article 14 GDPR to the businesses and professionals listed in the directory who did not give us their data directly.
- Data published: name of the business or professional, category, address, phone number, website, opening hours, average rating and public reviews, shown with the name under which their author published them.
- Source: publicly accessible sources, in particular the public business profiles on Google Maps (Google Business Profile). We do not receive this data from the person concerned. - Retention: a listing stays published while the directory is active or until the person concerned objects.
- Objection and erasure: you can object at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). The recommended channel is the Request Deletion form; alternatively, you can write to [email protected]. We remove the listing and exclude it from future updates of the directory. No identity document is needed to have a listing removed.
- Rectification: to correct wrong details, use the Request Update form.
- Response time: we reply within one month of the request (Art. 12 GDPR).
- Complaint: you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
5. PROCESSING THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
