Awful as always always rushed they never get it right and it goes from something you thought you were going to get to something that looks tacky, uneven and cheap for £40 I expect my nails to be perfect and if not perfect nearly perfect! I came way earlier this time before they were closing and the nail techs were rushing around I mentioned over several times one of my nails were added unevenly and got told by the nail tech AND THE MANAGER that it’s fine when it absolutely looked wonky but because they were closing they rushed the job and didn’t want the hassle of reapplying the nail evenly I won’t be coming here again

Been here several times and normally I have a good experience however I got my nails done yesterday and some of the nails have big bubble in the gel and the pinky nail has chipped already. Such a shame as this salon used to be my go to :( lack of care and detail this time around.

Went in, paid £38 for acrylic nails. My second time going, first time was good experience.
This time however, the nails are applied wonky, the paint is uneven, all the nails are different sizes.
They looked good in shop but one outside could see the differences in nails.
Only plus was staff were nice
Will not be going back again and they kept receipt so doubtful of a refund.

First Newcastle nail experience and I have to say I am really disappointed. Shaping was okay and that was about it. When it got to the colour I showed a picture of the colour I wanted to get, the girl who was putting the colour on must have been colour blind because she tried two different reds (one of which was a purple red???) and they were both two light for what I was wanting so I asked for darker. At this point I was already stressing because I am a people pleaser, then she painted my nails black and put the purple red over it, and continued with my entire hand. She didn’t ask me at this point if the colour was okay and she only asked at the very end when it was too late. I wanted to give a benefit of the doubt and trust the process but in what world is that the same colour! What annoyed me was the girl next to me getting her nails coloured by the guy got the shade I was looking for. Very disappointing and I won’t be coming in again.
