Nails were nice and done quick however weren’t really friendly and they didn’t prioritise comfort for the customer. Customer service wasn’t great. They also over charged me. Original price was £27 and I asked for a 10% student discount which they agreed to but they told me to pay £25. There’s better salons out there

I honestly had such a bad experience here. I went for an Infill two days ago, The technician used a metal drill but to file my metal charm off which actually burnt my finger. I've got cuts on my fingers from the filing too.
Left me waiting 40 minutes to go do a new walk ins nails. I'd asked for a specific design and asked if they could do it which they said yes, but had to change it anyway because they kept getting it wrong or didn't have the stuff for. To top it off the charms I got have already fallen off after 2 days.

Was charged £85, whete I've had the exact same done elsewhere many times before for inky £48. They didn't mention price to me at all before hand.

Overal unsafe, unprofessional and not worth the money. Do not tecoment at all, go to Posh Town Nails or Holliwood nails in Sunderland instead

I’m not one to leave bad reviews however after coming in for a pedicure today I am really unhappy with the result. The lady cut my toenails in very weird shapes and proceeded to wash the tools she had been using in the sink very briefly, no sterilisation. For £38, I told the other lady I wasn’t pleased with the result, and all I was offered was a discount of £3. I am really disappointed as I hoped under new management this place would improve, and I believe I should have been offered a full refund. I will say some of the staff were very kind and chatty however.

I have a lot of manicures and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever had, The young girl didn’t even cut my nails before she started filing them and I had to ask her to do so and at the end of the manicure she put some gel on my nails didn’t even rub it and said we finished Waste of money, also, the place is filthy. Everything looks dirty and could do with a good clean not very hygienic at all. go somewhere else

Nails are ok but if you have special requirements like thin nails forbid to ask them. They will pretend not to hear then proceed to do their usual with blissful ignorance. Swapped artists mid procedure for no reason then I got the younger artist who constantly sat on her phone then started cussing in her native language when I told them 4th time I need my acrylics thick as I have thin nails. Not coming back with this customer service.

They use the drill to remove gel and regular nail polish, damaging the nail bed. My nails were weak and susceptible to breakage for weeks. They also do not push the cuticle back, they go straight to filling and painting the nails. The whole process felt very rushed whenever I went, even on the weekends long before closing.

Only one and the man that are kind and respectful.
Kept hurting my fingers with her long nails and wouldn’t stop even tho I told her that it was hurting me. Just said that what they do to others client.
Very rude and keep talking about you in another language and you can clearly see it as they’ll all look at you .
Overall happy with the job but the customer service is 1 out of 5.
