I met one of the rudest nail technicians I’ve ever dealt with here. She was impatient and irritated every time we talked, which made the whole experience really uncomfortable. On top of that, the room had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the tools she used were noticeably dirty. The pricing also didn’t match what I was told beforehand and wasn’t transparent at all. Overall, I was really unhappy with the service.

Paid £33 for gel…..within 2 days most of them have peeled off….i have been on holiday so I have done nothing to damage them. Everywhere else I have had them done they have lasted for weeks. Very disappointed.

Staff were great, initially the nails were fab - I had chrome which was £5 extra. Unfortunately they’ve barely lasted 2 weeks, the beds are lifting up and the top layer is flaking off. Paid £27 in total - if you pay by card they charge extra so they encourage cash.
