Google I think this is the most professional nail salon I ever been. They pay so much detail to nails clean properly after applying the acrylic gel and also before. The powder they use is so much more clean then any other shops so if you want natural look is the best place to come for. I’ve been twice so far and had different artist both are amazing! I don’t know how people even give bad reviews.

Google Nothing like what I asked for. Didn’t have straight tips only bent ones. Even length wise. Wouldn’t listen to what I liked. Overall friendly people but nails is awful. (Had to redit my review to type this) THEY DON’T LISTEN u can tell from her response. I said i don’t like the colour on the first coat. She said because it’s not double coated. Why would you only have bent tips does that suit every person?. terrible experience

Thank you for your review. However first of all we have told you from the very beginning that we only have natural tips not the straight one and you say OK and went ahead.
Secondly you went for a long medium length but nails on photo is short length. You mentioned that you normally wear longer nails than what you are going for today which is fine as clients wear what they like and comfortable with. As a nail tech our duty is to advise you to be careful and tell you the risk of wearing super long nails as your nail bed look damaged and one of your natural nail has already lifted off your nail bed due to stress.
Thirdly, when it comes to base
colour for your nails I have choose the nearest colour matching the photo that you shown me but you said no. You went to choose the pinkiest natural base which look nothing like the photo. I asked twice if you are ok with the base colour and you said ok. Only telling me everything is not ok at the end when the job is done?
Both of your friends did said the colour and nails look nice and only needs a bit more shaping on the end to make it look more sharp and square which I did as well.
At this point after spending 2 hours I really don’t know what more could be done as I went through every stage asking if you are ok and it was yes all the way.
