Google Very poor quality nails - not even 24hrs they lasted ! When I went to le lotus nails (much better) they said all the nails were broken underneath!! I went in and asked for a refund but they do not offer it .

Google I have a done acrylic nails from there . I have asked the staff about it he was least bothered about to gave information about it . When he was doing my nails I got hurt and I said to him be careful , he was giving me pity face and talk like I had done something wrong. More than this I was not treated with one staff multiple staff was doing my nails. They are only bothered about to finish the work . The nails have been gone from my hand within 3 days and my nails were totally damaged. I have already done my booking and gone there and they have took more time to finish it because of they are giving multiple clients at a time .

Google Had an awful experience today. Went in to have gel taken off my natural nails and was charged for acrylic removal (which was more money) my nails have been left in a terrible state.

Very sorry you not happy, as we told you on the day that you got one acrylic nail and the rest is BIAB nails. So is cost more as is take a lot longer and more difficult to remove it. Cheers
