Overall a very quick experience, colour on my nails was nice but I still had a lot of dry skin on my heels. My feet weren't soaked very long, the water had an unusual smell. Not very impressed!

It was a worst experience overall. They made me to pay beforehand but others who came in after me were not asked to do the same. Then the man who did my pedicure was so quick and didn’t paint the colour I asked . Then the lady who did my acrylic nails, was so rude and pulling my hands here and there without even communicating. They were talking each other in their languages during the service made me feel like those conversations were about the clients. So unfriendly . Also, when I tried to show a picture, she told me “No, I won’t do it “. When finished it she told “Done” and just left the chair. If she doesn’t like to do the nails she could have just told me, so I would have done from someone who would like to. No manners, customer service or respect. I will never go back and will tell others not to go, so they won’t be disrespected as I was.

First time getting my nails here and I am absolutely in love with my nails, was a walk in and didn’t wait too long and the staff are very nice and and precise with their work. The man who did my acrylic was so lovely and understood what shape I wanted and was very lovely and the lady who did my nail art was amazing and did exactly what I wanted!!! I am so happy with the service I received I will definitely be going back here!!!

I've been visiting smart nails for a while now and have always been really happy with the service ❤️Every time I've been in, whether a sit and wait or booked time slot, I've never waited very long and have always been asked if I'm happy with nail shape and colour before proceeding.. I've changed my mind on nail colour (at the start of the set) and asked for more filing, or tweaking of nail shape and it's never been a problem -I've always left with a great, long lasting set of nails at a good price 💅😍

I attend this salon all the time for years and sad to say it’s on a steady decline. I had a 30 minute wait with no apology. I’m not a picky person but it was out of hand. They rushed my nails and I felt the file on my skin multiple times. There is one nice guy with a cap but the woman was rude and too quick. Where’s the passion? Where’s the customer service? They are only nice to tip leavers , toorah won’t be getting a thing from me. Would leave 0 stars if I could

This has been my go-to nail salon for years. They never fail to do an amazing job, the customer service is always outstanding and I always leave feeling great.
I would recommend Smart Nails to everyone, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails.

I went for the first time yesterday and I was impressed. Staff is so polite, helpful, and friendly that nothing was too much bother.When I explained what I wanted, the lady did them to the exact. The salon was clean, and there were lots of nail colours to choose from. Paid by transfer so easy. Will definitely go back 100%
