I come periodically from Jersey, Channel Islands, because of their high quality services and professionalism.Rosa is incredibly kind, friendly, and highly professional — the best for facials and Botox fillers. Jess always makes my manicure and pedicure look perfect, and Roxy gives the most relaxing massages that leave me feeling completely refreshed.Every visit is a pleasure and I always leave happy and satisfied. I had an appointment for reflexology and a gel pedicure today. What absolutely lovely ladies. They made me so so welcome and I loved both the treatments. The reflexology was my first session and it really was as relaxing as they say. I will definetly be going back to visit and to make the experience even better was the beautiful dogs that came to greet me as soon as I stepped in the shop. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thankyou for having me today you really are a lovely welcoming salon xxx

Highly recommend all the ladies are lovely and welcoming, the Swedish massages are unreal I book monthly!! Had the an amazing experience having eyebrow wax and tint finally got a shape I’m happy with… will be trying out some other treatments soon!

I love Elite Beauty however I went for a pedicure this weekend and wasn't aware that it costs £10 for gel removal. This is not clear on the price list. I came here as it was cheaper than the other nail bars for £35 but to then pay £45 was a bit of a shock. Prices need to be clearer.

My daughter took me for a massage as a birthday treat. Whilst the massage given by Megan was very nice, when I was getting dressed I trod in a dog poo in my bare feet.
Not ideal really. The owner wasn’t apologetic, just said the puppy must’ve done it.
Thankfully I have a good sense of humour but we will not be returning.

I came to Elite Beauty first when I was 15/16 years old and regularly had my brows threaded and tinted, first by Rose and then Jess. I haven’t been to Elite in a long time but was bought a pedicure and it was the best I have had. After years of going to Lotus and the service going downhill, it was so refreshing to have someone take the time and spend almost 90 minutes caring for me and my feet. I wish I had got the woman’s name - she was so kind and gentle. I find it hard to relax but I was sat there feeling I could switch off. You forget you’re in the middle of Canterbury. All the ladies at Elite are so kind and friendly. I will come back for more - I forgot just how good it was!

Went to get my nails done, simple gels. Was an odd experience, the ladies were so lovely and friendly, but I was put off by the dog being constantly sick/ retching in the room. Feel sorry for the little guy, I know it’s sad when animals get old but maybe not the best place for them to be, in a beauty salon. Not to mention my cuticles were cut back to within an inch of their life and the whole process took almost over 2 hours… wouldn’t go back if I’m honest which is a shame.

I’ve been visiting Elite Beauty for over 5 years, and I always have a fabulous experience! Jess gives the best pedicures — she takes her time to properly clean my toenails and pays special attention to my heels, not just applying colour. It’s real care, not just a quick service. The staff are always friendly, professional, and focused on the little details that make a big difference.

When it comes to skincare, Rose is the one person I truly trust. She has years of experience, and for me, that matters. Her expert knowledge and gentle approach always leave my skin feeling refreshed and well cared for. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and genuinely dedicated.

What I don’t understand is why we so often leave reviews only when something goes wrong. In this case, I want to share how consistently wonderful my experience has been. Elite Beauty truly deserves recognition for the quality, care, and trust they deliver every time.

I had gift card worth 120£ and to book massage need deposit 20£. Lady refused to give me change becouse I had gift card. Massage wasn't good at all. There was the dogs, lady was touching the dog and then someone's face. Very poor hygiene and I didn't had good experience there.

Had gift vouchers(of which no refunds given) given to me so that I could have a floatation tank session only to be told when phoning to book that they no longer had it!! So had to drive 33 miles to have a reflexology treatment!!.then after getting lost and not being able to find a place to park, I was late and completely fed up and flustered only to be sneered at by the member of staff that would have been doing the treatment that she only had 10 minutes until her next client ( strange,I wasn't that late!) so by now I had just about had enough of the whole thing so I asked for my money back to be told no In sheer desperation at this point I exclaimed to myself aah mate this is a nightmare only then for her to sneer back at me with I am not your mate and it's not my fault you're late then turned her back on me!!! WOW thankfully the owner of the salon came to my rescue and did the treatment herself and was wonderful, then to use up the rest of my vouchers+ £20 I had a back massage and the lady who done that for me was also wonderful. ..... what a day🤯!!!
