Cydnie was absolutely brilliant, very happy with experience. However, it's only 4 stars because of the abrupt and rude receptionist that made the appointment for me. Made me feel very uncomfortable when I made it in person. And made me uneasy about going back for the appointment, however the hairdresser made me feel more at eas once I got there for the haircut and ended up enjoying it.
Thank you x
