you'll book an appointment and they make you wait. Booked an appointment and there were 6 girls before me in the line. Not only that but after waiting 40 minutes to start the appointment the nails at the end were some of the worst I had had in 15 years of nails. Uneven, messy, blotchy and just terribly sad I felt like crying after I left!!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The team is incredibly professional, talented, and always makes me feel welcome. Every appointment is done with so much care and attention to detail, and my nails always look perfect. The quality of their work is amazing and they use very good products that last really well. I was disappointed with my recent experience at this nail salon. While the final result was of good quality, the customer service really let the experience down. Staff were not particularly welcoming and there was very little communication throughout the appointment. For example, even though I booked a time slot for this appointment and arrived early, I was served after around 30 minutes with no updates while I was waiting. At times, the treatment was also quite painful and even after letting the nail technician know, there didn't seem to be much concern for customer comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the salons output is good overall but improvements in customer care and communication would make a big difference to the experience :)

I don’t usually share bad reviews but this was below a 1-star experience. For my first visit at BB Nail Salon, I got a pedicure & gel polish on my toes.

Later the same day, my big toe started pulsing and the nail was hurting alot. The pain got significantly worse so I contacted the salon yesterday via Instagram (couldn’t reach them on their website as it does not work) and I shared images and explained the pain started after my visit and treatment. They agreed for me to come in and to provide a partial refund as well as a full take off.

When I visited, the staff recognised me straight away and started to talk in their own language whilst making faces at me, making me feel really uncomfortable as the store was busy. A couple seats free up and they still ignore me whilst serving other customers so I spoke up and asked when it was my turn. The lady finally asked me to sit on the pedicure chair for my take off. She was incredibly rude and started arguing with me about how I just have gone out partying with heels, etc. and now I want a refund after ‘using my pedicure and showing everyone’ and that’s why my nail is hurting. This assumption was absolutely incorrect as I have not been out partying or wearing any opened toe shoes, instead been in pain. I even said that you agreed over Instagram for a full take off and partial refund so why complain and argue now? The lady would not stop arguing in front of the whole stop and making comments as well as other staff members coming up to look at my toe asking to touch it, which started bleeding when she started the take off procedure. I even had to tell her colleagues to not touch it as it was painful. She then continued to blame me for it and spoke to her colleagues in her language.

Having rushed the take off and leaving me with a bleeding nail, I was very shocked at the service I received. I have been getting my nails done for years at different salons and never experienced something like this. After leaving, I visited my local pharmacy who told me it was infected due to the trauma from the gel.

I would not recommend a pedicure or gel polish on the toes from here and overall due to the whole experience and customer service I am definitely not visiting again. I’m shocked at their behaviour and how they treated me as a first time customer. I wouldn’t be coming in asking for a take-off if I wasn’t in pain, they were not understanding at all.
