I had a microneedling facial session at Paradiso two days ago and it was such a lovely experience. Charlee was amazing throughout the appointment – she explained everything clearly before starting, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable and reassured during the treatment.

The clinic was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a calm, aesthetic atmosphere which made the whole experience even more relaxing. You can really see the care and professionalism that goes into both the treatment and the environment.

I had one of their special offers 90 minute treatment full body massage and facial today from Darcey
It was definitely one of the best experiences ive had in a LONG time.
I went as a mini celebration to finishing attending my lectures and i felt completely relaxed by the end of it.
Darcey is a wonderful therapist and brilliant at what she does. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone whos looking for a treatment

I had an amazing facial with Karis, she was so knowledgeable about all of the products she used. She tailored the facial to the things I wanted to improve on my skin. She really does know her stuff. The Salon is absolutely beautiful and the room we used was so relaxing with lots of attention to detail. Would highly recommend. I left with my skin feeling and looking amazing.

So I visited on Friday 20th march after booking online which I found very simple to do so. I received confirmation of my booking and a reminder. When I arrived one of the male employees acknowledged my arrival straight away even while already being with another client and showed me to a lovely waiting room. After sitting there for 2 to 3 minuets Charley came out and said she would be a few minutes as she was finishing with another client. I found Charley very welcoming and professional. The beauty room was very clean and decorated to a high standard. I had booked for brow limitation and lash lift (first time having both).Charley made me feel at ease and talked me through every step of the process. Charley was very chatty friendly and I loved her attention to detail while carrying out both treatments. I was very happy with the treatments I had received and loved my new brows. I had many compliments from friends and family. All in all from start to finish was 5 ⭐. Already booked to come back in 6 weeks and will be looking to have different treatments in the future. WOW!

I had a total time out treatment with Darcey, I was blown away. The whole place is absolutely stunning, so cute! The decor, the lighting, the space I absolutely loved it! I had a coffee while I waited for my appointment in a cute little waiting nook, even the loos are themed. This was such a treat experience, no disappointed vibes here!

The actual treatment was incredible. Darcey was so friendly and explained everything she was going to do before hand, I had a full consultation to understand my concerns and my skincare regime and exactly what I was looking for.

I had the full works, a full body Swedish massage (including my feet), a full facial which with face masks, a double cleanse, steam, lymphatic drainage, exfoliating face creams, scalp massage, and specially chosen serums and creams for my skin type. So relaxing, so much so that I definitely fell asleep more than once!

I got this on a deal for 50% off so was just £57.50, which is absolutely insane as honestly this is well worth the full price.

Darcey took the time to give me the best experience, this wasn't about a time slot and a turnaround like a lot of places I've been to. I have had a lot of facials and massages over the years and it is extremely rare to find one where everything is on point. From the location, the actual vibe of the place, the service, the products and the time that Darcey took to ensure I got the most out of it and to chat with me about the products even afterwards, it's a full 5* experience.

Paradiso what Cani say. It’s an oasis of calm. Great staff and great products. I see Charlee for facials and she’s amazing - my go to for anything to do with the face/skin she’s the skin guru! Eden who does my nails is without doubt the best nail technician j have ever come across - so knowledgeable and gentle. Ceris who runs the business side of things is brilliant and lovely! I really do urge you to book yourself a bit of paradise at Paradiso - it’s definitely worth it!

I’ve had the most amazing Tropical facials with Karis. The products speak for themselves but my skin is absolutely glowing afterwards. Karis has such gentle hands, she makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. Definitely recommend you snapping one of these up before there’s no availability - yes it’s that good!!

I had the most AMAZING Tropic facial with Karis at Paradiso. Never has my skin looked and felt so nourished and moisturised. Karis talked me through all of the products, their ingredients and benefits and how to build them into my skincare routine. I ordered a gorgeous cleanser and mask to take home which I love and will be re-ordering, but nothing beats that in salon experience with a professional so I will be booking in again for the Tropic facial. Thank you Karis, you have a beautiful salon and it really was an excellent experience
