Very disappointing experience. I had a BIAB refill done around 10 days ago and I honestly regret changing my usual nail place. The quality of the products used and the overall service were really poor. Within days, my nails started breaking and the BIAB has already lifted/fallen off, which is unacceptable after such a short time. On top of that, the price was ridiculously expensive for the quality received. I would definitely not recommend this salon and unfortunately won’t be returning

I recently got my nails done at Le Lotus, but even from past experiences i can say that the quality, atmosphere and the staff were amazing.
The nail technician was very careful and detail-oriented when applying the acrylics. I appreciated how they checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy with everything.
I will definitely be returning again!!

Always the most amazing designs. Me and my mum come all the time and the people are so talented. Also such a nice chill atmosphere in here and you get a complimentary drink which is a nice touch! Would highly recommend!!
