I went to this TD nail salon to get my nails done, but they didn't do it the way I wanted. It's not clean at all, and everything is crooked and bumpy. When I said that, they didn't fix it at all. I'd rather not recommend this place to anyone again.

Ive loved going here for couple years but my last few sets they break easily, chip or lift. When i went in December i was the only customer who was asked to pay in advance in a room full of customers. I was the only black woman in the room. I said i would pay at the end like everyone else and they were persistent. It was embarrassing. Disappointing but im not returning there .

Went in for infill.and hand design when I got there was a few people getting nails done but no.1 else waiting on seats so.i waited after around 20-30mins still nothing another women came i. O ly wait for about 5mins and called her across then a women pregnant came in again only waiting less rhan 10 mins and called across no appointment as they don't do them I waa still sitting waiting buy now 40 mins when do get in the lady I had was rude did not listen to what I wanted ans then went across to women who came after me ans wait five mins and stayed over there ignoring me disgusting service used to like got g hear 😢

Came in today to get my nails removed that I had done on the 15th because it was lifting and kept getting caught in my hair. I could tell they were annoyed but however if it was done well from the beginning I wouldn’t have had to pay to have it removed. It was my 3rd time getting my nails done there. 1st I got a pedicure and manicure and I ended getting cut in the process (I was okay with it because mistakes happen), 2nd time I just got nails got cut again and the 3rd visit my nails were not done properly hence I had to have them removed. Normally I wouldn’t rate a service this low as I work in customer service and I know how hard it can be but today I was left with a really bad experience and unfortunately I wouldn’t be visiting again.

Wow just wow! Went in here for the first time last minute as finished late from work, but the service here is incredible. Very friendly talkative staff and amazing nail art!!

First time going into this nail bar and had great, friendly customer service from Aaron whos said hes fairly new . Very welcoming and easy to talk to. Will definitely be going back Love my nails 💅 😍

Their service day by say is going down, the lady who has bob cut dud my nails last time where I almost spent £ 70 for both hands and legs and it was really weird!!!
They swap for each and everything, it's a big nonsense, I used to visit here a year ago where there was a young guy who worked professionally well but the staff now is really worse and rude

It was Okay, i do like how my nails turned out but the service was iffy. I spoke to the lady doing my nails like 3 times the entire time and some old man kept coming over and telling me that my choice in nails is bad. Not sure if i’ll be going back
