I’ve been going to this salon for several years now, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The quality of the service is consistently excellent, and the customer care is just as impressive. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in Colchester.

I’ve been coming to Ella’s nails for 3 years and haven’t had one negative experience. The staff are lovely, polite and attentive. My nails always look lovely. The experience never feels rushed, even when the shop is packed, which it usually is. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and every time I leave the shop with gorgeous nails and I’m always so happy with the experience I’ve had, the team are always so lovely and the shop is decorated beautifully and is exactly what I need after a long day of work!

It was my first time visiting today and unfortunately my last. This wasn't my usual salon but I had hoped it would be up to the same standard. It wasn’t

The staff themselves were lovely. The receptionist specifically was very polite and kind. Especially since I was running late 😅

But my nails unfortunately weren't up to standard. I came home to realise not only had there been traces of nail polish on my skin but also a large chip in the middle of one of my fingers. So overall, the coverage wasn't the best.

I would recommend somewhere else.
