Broke my natural long nail, was bleeding everywhere and they just stuck it back on with acrylic powder and still charged me full price. It has fallen off now and damaged. Never returning again.

Got my nails done today. The nail art itself turned out beautiful, but only because I had to constantly correct them and spell out my preferences—they clearly don’t bother asking if a client is happy. The service was rushed, unprofessional, and chaotic, with three different people handling my nails like it was a musical chair . Zero effort with communication, no proper welcome or smile.

The staff weren’t friendly, didn’t communicate, and every time I asked for something to be adjusted, they sighed, made faces, and spoke among themselves in their own language—completely disrespectful and frankly embarrassing for a business charging money. It genuinely felt like they were doing me a favour rather than providing a paid service. (£47)

I walked out with overly chunky nails, sore nail beds, and actual pain just hours later. A salon that lacks basic courtesy, consistency, and care has no business calling itself professional.

I had such a wonderful experience at Luxury Nails Salon in Colchester! This was my second visit, and once again, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner and Huye were both so warm, friendly, and incredibly understanding. Even though the salon had technically closed at 4, I walked in a little late around 4:05, and instead of turning me away, they welcomed me with patience and kindness.

Huye took such great care of me and did my nails with absolute perfection and attention to detail. Every step was done with so much love and care, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a place that not only delivers beautiful results but also makes you feel so comfortable and cared for.

Luxury Nails Salon never disappoints — their professionalism, skill, and hospitality really set them apart. If you’re looking for a salon in Colchester where you’ll leave feeling pampered and happy, I highly recommend this one!✨✨✨✨

I had a “luxury pedicure” and within 6 days the gel polish had come off, this cost £35.

The service was okay, no one really speaks to you, just puts the colours in your hand, tells you to pick one and then escorts you to a chair. The treatment itself was nice though and the salon was clean.

They didn’t properly dry or use any nail prep solution after my feet had soaked, so I assume this is why the polish peeled off.

They don’t offer refunds. You can go get it fixed, but this was a one off treatment for a special occasion, so fixing it isn’t really going to work when the event was on the day the polish came off.
