I always go here for my removals because they take good care of it, however I went on Sunday and the gentleman doing my nails picked up plastic nails OFF THE FLOOR and use them to rip the acrylic of my nail, if someone told me that’s how they were going to remove them I would’ve done it at home. It was really painful and for £12 to remove nails I would expect the proper way.

I stumbled across this gem when I moved from my old nail salon, and I’m so glad I did. Been coming every two weeks for about 6+ months and every time I come away feeling super happy with my nails.

Many places will tell you that you need infills after two sessions - my lovely nail tech always checks when I go and where possible does infills.

Pedicures are brilliant, acryllics great and biab too, I’ve recommended to my friends as this salon deserves much more recognition.

Shoutout to Kevin for always looking after me and perfectly manicuring my french tips. Thank you 💕

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in with my friend to get our nails done, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The man doing my friend’s nails was extremely rude—he refused to listen to how she wanted her nails done, sighed loudly, and acted annoyed the entire time. He blatantly ignored her requests and showed no interest in providing quality service.

On top of that, we were left waiting for 30 minutes just to be seen, with no apology or explanation. It felt like we were a nuisance rather than paying customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable nail experience.

All though nice staff etc shouldn't offer appointments to book if they are not using this service although time was booked in advance .
