Really negative experience , booked a appointment for LVL’s ,before treatment no consultation how I wanted the lift to be, during treatment the product was burning my eyes slightly and the product went in my eye causing stinging pain, after I left my eyes were full of tint all on my skin and lash glue, I have one curled up into my eyelid and the other straight , my bottom lashes have been ruined with perm lotion and are sticking in all different directions. Would not recommend. I have attached a photo of my last LVL appointment how my lashes looked from a different salon so you can see difference.

I booked two haircuts for myself and my mum using a voucher, and we are both in absolute shock at the results. If I had known this would be done by a trainee, I would never have gone ahead.

I asked for a V-shape cut, but my hair was left uneven. I even had to point out the mistakes to the hairdresser, yet she still couldn’t fix them properly.

I have showed clear pictures of the hairstyle my mum wanted, but she got something completely different. When we came home, I had to cut my mum’s hair myself because the hairdresser had left long, uneven parts around her neck.

What surprised me most is that the owner didn’t even bother to check the work before we left. This experience was really disappointing, and we definitely won’t be returning.

Tried to make an appointment today, in person as I live close by. By 4.30pm they were closing with someone cleaning inside already, and struggling to open the door from inside to take an appointment. Such an awkward loss of business.
There is no mention that Walk-ins are not welcome or that the business operates Appointments Only. This afternoon at 4.30pm while the door was locked, a table and two chairs were still outside, as was the big panel with the offer of the salon. I wonder if those will stay there overnight. I tried booking online but decided to walk to the place as it is in the vicinity. I am glad I did not book online and pay the deposit.
One almost wonders, why bother having outside a big panel with salon services if this business prefers everything online ...
