I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon based on what I witnessed. I actually left before my appointment because the situation was so uncomfortable.

A customer came in explaining that she had her nails done the day before and was experiencing pain after just 24 hours. She calmly asked to have them removed and requested a refund. The staff initially refused, and only later agreed to a partial refund.

During this interaction, two members of staff spoke to each other in another language while laughing, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. They also asked other customers if they had any issues with their nails, which felt like an attempt to undermine her complaint.

They tried to dismiss her concerns by bringing up Eid, even after the customer explained it wasn’t relevant to her situation, and didn’t appear to take her concerns seriously.

The overall handling of the situation lacked professionalism and basic respect. Seeing this was enough for me to lose confidence in the salon, and I chose to leave.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning or recommending this place.

Just got my nails done They didn’t have a lot of the colours shown on the gel samples, So I picked the one I wanted and then they painted my toes a different color Instead of telling me that I didn’t have it originally. I told them that’s not the closer that I want and felt pressured/rushed to Choose a different one. Left without the colour that I wanted on my toes and it’s a different colour on my hands.

Sadly should have read reviews. Was visiting for the weekend, had a pedicure. Foot left sore and bleeding. Shaved and scrubbed it far too much, so much so it bled. Tried to hide the bleeding by putting my foot in the water. Still drops of blood upon taking foot out of water. Struggling to walk on it a day later. Terrible gel nail job also, nail polish all over toes and feet.

I’ve recently moved to Newcastle, and this shop was on my regular route — so I thought I’d give it a try. It turned out to be absolutely amazing! The service was quick, efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. I got exactly what I wanted, and I’m so happy with the results. I’m definitely going back!

Best place in town! Been going here for ages and I can't stress how fantastic my nails come out everytime!
