I have been coming to New York Nails for over 2 years now and honestly would not go anywhere else. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they consistently do an amazing job every single time.

I usually get a mani pedi with chrome nails, and they always look absolutely flawless. No matter what style or colour I choose, the attention to detail is amazing and my nails last so well. I constantly get compliments on them!

What I also really appreciate is their customer service — on the rare occasion I chip a nail, they are always so kind and happy to fix it without charge, which really shows how much they care about their customers.

The salon is always clean, relaxing, and has such a lovely atmosphere. You can really tell the team take pride in their work. Thank you to everyone at New York Nails for always making me feel welcome and pampered every visit — highly recommend!

Went in for a simple biab removal, and at first I don’t think it was understood what I was asking for, once we had established that I wanted the gel taken off, I sat down. I have worked really hard to grow out my nails and told him that I didn’t have any tips on to extend the length of my nails but he still went in a chopped off an extensive amount of my nail, they were incredibly short. After this he began to drill which I know is the first step, but after allowing the nails to soak in acetone for a little while he then went back in with the nail drill and drilled so far down on my nail beds they became so thin and my nails became flimsy weak and bendy. My nail beds were red raw and I was left with weak short nails. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and I will not be returning.

Horrific experience, made to bleed 4 times very sore he didn’t listen to me though. Gave me a completely different colour to what I asked and also ignored my request to keep them long and made them glumpy and short. Really awful- do not go here!!!

Gel on top of biab mani turned out decent but wouldn’t be my first choice in Guildford. They drilled so vigorously on my nails which was super sore. Didn’t feel like that was doing my nails any good. Good when I was in need of getting them done but wouldn’t go back in a rush.
