Google I have always really enjoyed the service offered by Margaret Dabbs, Guildford until today. Unfortunately, in error, I made a mistake with my booking thinking that i had made an appointment for next week prior to my holiday. As a result of the error, an appointment was missed. As a very regular customer for both myself and my family, i was disappointed that the cancellation fee of the full amount (£90) was charged to my card. Whilst I recognise that it was my responsibility to check the appointment time, I was disappointed that there was no consideration for my loyalty as a very regular customer. I would therefore like to warn people that the cancellation fee is non negotiable and that whether you use the service all the time or not, this will be applied.
