Terrible place. They use cheap materials. I went for a wax, and had almost a chemical burn from it. 2 days later ive still not recovered.

Got my Christmas nails done. The nail techs did a fabulous job and great with giving advice on nail care. Amazing service as always :)

Awful experience. I get my nails done every single month and this time my regular place was full and I needed an urgent refresh. My nails always last a minimum of 3 weeks but on day 3 4 fingers are chipped and most are half peeled off. I got charged £47 for simple white French and polka dots on other two fingers. I can usually get them £35 at my regular place and it at least lasts more than 3 days. I am incredibly upset at the money I wasted on this awful job and having to spend more on a replacement.

Had a simple manicure this morning and was not disappointed. Beautician paid attention to detail and applied polish superbly! Very reasonable prices too.

I found very amazing service salon in Mayfair and I never have great experience before staff are so friendly and I got very pleased treatment. I definitely come back and refer my friends also feel this amazing experience 🫶

Absolutely amazing service! Was a walk in for Acrylics and I could not be more happy with the results! And amazing pricing!! So glad I found this place and went in on a whim, the girls in there were to do lovely! And the lady who did my nails was so chatty which made the experience so much better! Definitely will be going back! First set of acrylics in 7 years and I am not disappointed whatsoever! Definitely will be returning for my infill!

Really bad experience at the salon and poor service. Took them 45mins to remove my previous nail polish and 20mins for filing and shaping. After one hour i had to leave and they made me pay for a full manicure i ve never had cause didn't have more time.
Also they wouldn't believe it's my real nails and not gel ones lol

They are absolutely unprofessional and no responsible for third job , they only thing they care it’s just money but after care is absolutely zero.
I have done my nail extensions with them unfortunately and my nail is painful which I had to take a painkiller, I called them few times and explained to them but they are refusing to remove it and their excuse is they are fully book , they must take a responsibly and repair the damaged that they caused, the person who pickup the the phone and take the number and name ,barely can understand English . Yesterday , I called them and told that my finger is in agony pain , I had to take 2 ibuprofen and 2 paracetamol, please I need you to remove my nail extensions, I mentioned my name and my mobil number will appear on their system , I’ve been told that to come in Sunday at 10am , this morning I’ve been their at 9:50 , but Amy told me that they are fully booked and they can’t help , I told her that my finger is in pain, but she said no , it was mistake and go somewhere else to do your job .
I honestly do not recommend this place to any one because if the things goes wrong then you are in a big trouble.

Walked in today with my friend for a gel manicure, they fitted us in and both ladies were lovely! Wide range of colours to choose from and really happy with how they came out! Would recommend
