The staff here are extremely unorganized and unprofessional.When I went in nobody served me until 20 minutes later which makes me think they are short staffed. I noticed that the staff are always speaking in a different language to other colleagues, while I didn’t have a problem with that as I understood the language, others may find this disturbing as they are unaware if the colleagues are speaking about them.I had to wait around 30-40 minutes before I was finally served, I would not have really minded the wait if they had addressed me at the starting.The haircut was okay, I had asked to straighten my hair as well but the lady doing my hair asked me to wait again as she wanted to complete the service of another client who was a relative of one of the colleagues.I had to leave after this as they had asked me to wait again.I would not recommend to go this place unless you have all the time of the world and don’t mind the disrespect and unorganised environment.

I am sorry to read that you felt the need to leave a negative review following your visit to our salon.
I have reviewed the cctv from the day of your visit and can confirm that you were spoken to within approximately 10 minutes of arriving, as both
therapist were already attending to clients when you walked in. As with any walk in service appointments are always subject to availability. Our Team did their best to accommodate you in between existing bookings. The client you referred to was indeed a relative of one of our colleagues, however she was also a paying client. Initially you chose to proceed with a dry cut. After the dry cut had been completed you requested a wash and style unfortunately we will unable to accommodate as the salon was busy. Our hairdresser is Iranian and does not speak Punjabi and any Punjabi you heard was simply conversation between colleagues in their mother tongue. I appreciate the salon felt chaotic due to how busy we were. It is unfair to say we were disrespectful. We genuinely tried our best to fit you in despite a very full schedule. We apologise if you felt any disrespect and felt ignored as this certainly was not our intention.
