They deleted my review which makes me question how many other reviews they deleted this what I asked for this what I got I’ve had to go someone else to get them fixed I asked for plain nude pink and I got these nails that look like pieces of gum they wanted to charge me to get the colour right

I showed them a picture of the colour I wanted then proceeded to use a completely different colour when I told them they said they would charge me an extra £20 to fix their mistake there customer service is very bad this is the picture I asked for and this is what I got I never asked for French tip

Went here for the first time, phenomenal experience. Took a little for them to understand the kind of design I wanted as I had no picture, but it came out looking exactly like how I imagined it.

My first visit to Coco nails in Hanley today and I was so impressed. They were able to do my nails straight away, the staff were friendly and I was offered a drink! I showed a picture of what I wanted and the nail technician did exactly the same. Checking along the way to make sure I was happy. Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
