Salon was very busy, a lot of people waiting. Felt like staff were rude and demanding and were rushing to get done faster. The guy I had was quite harsh and nicked me twice making me bleed when filing. Also felt like he was pulling my arms which made my arm ache. All my nails are different shapes and sizes and the line work on the French tips are wonky and uneven. The staff spent the entire time talking in their own language which created a hostile environment as you could tell they were talking in a negative way about customers. I suffer with servere anxiety and felt extremely uncomfortable. I also felt publicly humiliated when the guy doing my nails publically announced how “very very dry” my skin was. To which I responded that I suffer with eczema so this can not be helped. To which his response was “that doesn’t exist in my country” and walked away. To add to this to begin with they had to take my set off, didn’t even ask about any allergies or anything and placed my hands in the alcohol and hot water to soak them off, which obviously with my skin condition is very sore.

Had a full setbon today...never have i ever had them filed so much to the point where they hurt. Skin grazed and they aren't even level. Some so short and some long. Still charged me full price although I wasnt happy and in discomfort. 1st and last time here
