I went to a family friend for my prom nails the day of my prom and they came out looking horrible ( I also paid £50 for them) so in a rush hopped and prayed that somebody could fix them for me but the issue was I only had £20 left and this lovely establishment fixed and re painted my nails! I went from disaster to amazement!!

Had the worst experience today there. I was trying to explain the shape I want and when correcting one of the guys there he shortened all my nails. Then the colour that I wanted wasn’t there so I tried something else which I didn’t like and ended up leaving them basic and looking like total crap just because someone did not have the patience either me. I am never going back there to end up like this right before my vacation. Total loss of money

Great nail place, I’ve only ever got my nails done here. But they didn’t fall off I had to take them off after 5 week 😂 but just shows they’re brilliant at there job, and the detail was excellent

Nails looked good apart from very uneven lengths (much longer on one hand). However my biggest problem was that my nails were done in an extreme rush, not gently at all and I ended up with heavily overfiled nails. Never happened to me before, but the ridges in my nails are very deep and my nails are brittle and thin. Didn’t go back even when I needed to take the nails off as I didn’t want to risk more damage…

These are probably the nicest nails I’ve ever had, so happy! She took time and asked me for my preference on colours, she matched the design perfectly, and would 100% recommend this nail salon!! X

the language barrier is a big impediment and it is indicated that we don't take on clients if we can't reproduce the design that they want or inform them from the beginning, not after we reach at the end we say it is similar not the same!absolute waste of time and I don't recommend it!

Nails ended up awful as they didnt dry them properly….then left me waiting ages just to redo a top coat on one hand,so had to leave. They weren’t worried about my nail quality after id paid…luckily NAIL PERFECT HELPED ME OUT which are just around the corner and a lot better quality.
