Absolutely amazing place I love all of the staff and everything they do is really professional, amazing atmosphere. Absolutely amazing experience each time, waxing with Kay she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed 10/10 recommendation for piercings, waxing, everything, left with outstanding results xx

I went to have my hair cut today asked for my split ends to be cut. My hair was very long down to the bottom of my back it's now below my shoulders. I wasn't asked if j wanted dot cut so short I am horrified they didn't ask or check with me. She was meant to take 2 inches off and took over 8. Never again will I go to this place. Also she said she had only been there a short time. She kept going off to answer the phone and help other customers so what should of been a hour took nearly 2 hours. I am not happy at all with this service. They need to train their staff before they let them lose on customers. Also the woman was very heavy handed and she was asking personal questions. Sort your staff out!!!

i got pierced about 3 months ago my helix and nose stud and both of the piercings have fallen out one in the shower and one in my sleep without me touching them other than spraying to clean. i rang about the issue as it is no fault of mine whether the balls they put on were faulty but they said i could get it repierced and pay full price. bad customer service.

Thank you for your review. Sorry that you are unhappy with the service. As a general rule, we have a reputation for putting the jewellery on very tight , in fact very well known for it. So for them to be both loosening off is very unusual. It could have been the jewellery but it is probably unlikely. We only use top grade titanium from an excellent supplier. We do a huge number of piercings and again this is very rare. Of course, with any piercing, eventually the balls will eventually loosen. That’s just what happens and that is why it is good practice to tighten them every so often to prevent this happening. Now normally, if they ball was to fall off within the first couple of months. I would of course, just out of good customer services fix or replace the piercing free of charge. 3 months is generally outside of the window as it has been such a long time since we have pierced you. Our 2months is still very generous compared to other piercers who will not look to re-pierce free of charge if the balls fall off even after just 2 weeks, this is something I disagree with and feel if its only a couple of weeks then they should take ownership of the problem. Anyway, that aside. Even though its out of the normal 2 month window, I am very much of the belief that looking after your customers is of the utmost importance. Its not just about making money but making sure all clients are happy. It is for these reasons why we are and have been for years, an incredibly busy piercing shop. Our 5 star review are testament to that. So for those reasons, if you would like to have them re-pierced free of charge, I would be happy to do that for you.
