There is a member of staff who often wear the pink jacket. Beth, i think her name may be. She is incredibly helpful. Knows her stuff and always welcomes with a smile. A lovely store.

Staff in aisles were talking about customers/personal stuff through their headsets and not doing their job.

I was there for a travel vaccine. Though my request wasn't eventually granted, it was a nice experience. Good customer service.

Very unpleasant service, unsympathetic employees made me feel very unwelcome.

I had my eyebrows threaded by Molly today and she’s done the perfect job. She was so kind and welcoming, making me feel looked after the whole time. I’ve been putting off finding a new place for my eyebrows since moving and Molly will now be my go to. You can tell how passionate she is about her job, my eyebrows have never looked better. Thank you!! 🩷

me and my friend were served today by amanda. her customer service skills are non existent, she was immediately rude and passive aggressive to us despite us being pleasant and friendly and she refused to apply my student discount despite me showing my active unidays status, purely because my friend initially offered to pay with her card for our combined purchases which i ended up paying for anyway. i would strongly recommend that amanda sorts out her foul attitude.

Very poor service. There were 2 people waiting to be served and the lady on the till was so rude, and asked me to move. There was no one waiting to be served. She can't cope with more than 2 people. In disgust withe here attitude I put my goods on the desk and left. She was so rude and unable to cope.

Great service, but unfortunately I've had to deduct a star due to being unable to pay as there was stuff to close to the card machine. And me having to knock them over just so I can pay. (Left hander) This has happened a couple of times now. Please advise and remove these items from the till area or out the way.

De pop-up doet wenkbrauwen! Dat moet ik onthouden.

Went for a blood test at the Superdrug nurse clinic, Vicky was the nurse there who was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and put you at ease. Would use them again for this service.

Thanks to a really helpful young lady named Beth. Who works at the Superdrug store in the potteries shopping centre today I found exactly what I was looking for No problem what. She knew exactly where it was in the store. Also told me it was on special offer.
Thank you Beth for your help today
