I’m very disappointed with the customer service. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I won’t be returning.Make me pay extra for colour change!!!!

I had my nails done here two days ago. I took a picture of the design I wanted thinking it was a bit too adventurous but the male technician who did my nails did an amazing job! I can't upload a picture on here otherwise I would show them off.

My very first time to have a pedicure. The experience was worse than my feet. The guy was extremely rude, even though I told them it's my first experience, he kept making me feel like some idiot when I was asking questions. He acted as if I should already know the next thing to do. He put me on the chair that massages my back, my feet in water for about an hour, then came back took my feet out and rushly brushed my feet and dried it off and that was it. My nails were just left as I came in with them. The massage chair did a better job on my back than anything he did. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my experience

The shop is much cleaner and nicer now. They work very carefully—completely different from my previous visit. Highly recommend everyone to come! The price was also very good for my daughter. Love it!”

Went about a year ago, just found out that what I was left with was bad. The nails were stunning yes. But my nails kept getting filed OVER AND OVER. It’s apparently called ring of fire.

I had two nail techs work on me, one filed them once then the second took over and filed them another 3 times.

Amazing choice, amazing nails. But this has put me off of getting my nails done

Wasn't asked what shape I wanted and the painting was really bad, I've ended up having to buy nail polish remover to get it off my skin. 2 stars because you can actually pay by bank transfer, isn't cash only
