The staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had my nails started and after only three nails were painted, I said I didn’t like the colour. Instead of handling it politely, they aggressively wiped it off and then went off to do someone else’s nails, leaving me sitting there.

The youngest lad working there is very rough – he presses hard on your fingers, pulls your hands, and instead of speaking to you, taps your hand or physically pushes it towards the heat lamp when he wants you to move. It makes you feel very uncomfortable.

Even the woman sitting next to me was complaining about her experience and was spoken to so disrespectfully.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I came in to get acrylics, started off with a woman doing my nails then a man took over and took off some nails she did and re did them without saying anything to me, I wasn’t happy with the shape of my nails (supposed to be coffin but all to thick and round) , the man also didn’t paint the tips of my nails. I sent the shop a message on Facebook with photos to which they responded to come back in on a certain date to get them fixed. I couldn’t make the date and haven’t heard anything back from them since. My nails have been on just over 2 weeks and one has completely come off and the others all of the paint is chipped.

First time I've been here & won't rush back. They made us an appointment which was a total waste of time. No one asked if we had an appointment & we just had to wait like everyone else who was a walk-in. We waited an hour before being seen. Other people seemed to be allowed to jump the queue when it was obvious they weren't next! They seated people, then left them there for ages not being seen to. But then the next person was called over and started before the last one! My nails were 'ok' but are way too thick and its very obvious they're 'fake' I'll stick with where I know next time!

Just been in I go every 2 weeks, today I asked for a price before they even started nails as there was 3 of us, so they added it up started complaining about something then on finishing I got the correct money ready that they said the price was and he then said no it's more? I said no I showed you images and you priced up everyone's before hand and his response was WHATEVER IN MY FACE RUDE. I'm regular go every fortnight won't be going again just lost a regular customer
