This was my first time getting a manicure (just clear protection gel), and I went in as a walk-in. Leo took care of me and was super friendly from start to finish. Honestly, some of the negative reviews about customer service don’t match my experience at all—everything went smoothly. The price was affordable, the process was quick and easy, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely come back again!
