So, I told them, I don't like the razor on my feet getting rid of the hard skin and not to use it, knowing that normally, at my old place, foot scrub gel and the scrub block was enough.. what I got was a soak, cuticle gel and tool to clear it (all still with my own nail varnish on) then what can only be described as cream, was out on my foot and this is where the scrub block comes in, no scrub gel like you're supposed to, cream, so my feet were super sensitive and a little painful and she struggled to scrub around my feet for no reason, as I was doing most of the lifting of my legs for her to get the bottom of my feet 🤷🏻‍♀️ then, its time for the massage, she puts actual cream and starts, what I can only describe as a 3 year old attempt at a massage was going on, absolutely no pressure at any point of the massage, slaps and rubs my legs, with a barely there touch, she does some twist movement with a couple of toes but again, no strength behind it so really, I just had a finger tip brush over my toes oh and then she scrubed my feet again with just cream on my feet!!??.. was all appalling, then I had to uncomfortably sit at the desk where you get your hands done and stretch my feet under the desk and into her lap, to paint my nails and to make it all worse, you have to pay BEFORE your treatment.. IN CONCLUSION.. I still have rough feet on the sides and heels of my feet and I literally feel like I got robbed because I had to pay before and they already had my money.. NORMALLY you would get your treatment done and if the job wasn't done properly, you would complain and work something out because they have another customer that has an appointment waiting for them and wont have time to re-do it.. but no.. too quick to take the money and don't do the job properly.. I NEVER write reviews, good or bad but I have never been more disappointed before, I feel like I got robbed!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! WASTE OF MONEY!! OH AND THESE ARE MY FEET AS SOON AS I GOT HOME YESTERDAY, SEE THE HARD SKIN, STILL THERE!?

I have been in this shop from when I started working in the area.... Kim and Peter go out of there way for customers and if they can do anything for you they will go above and beyond for you.... I have been with them now 3 years and I will continue too

Don’t recommend they are rude and have very poor customer service and the man does not do the nails well. Nails take forever to do as he has to spend a long time tidying up his mistakes. Even after diubg all that the job is still not neat.
There is a much better
nail salon near Sainsbury’s

Don't bother going here as a black person, their nail colours are too thin and they don't do more than 2 coats. The woman asked me if I like the colour after doing one coat - of course it will look thin so I asked her if she can complete the colour before I judge whether I like it or not. She refused and told me to leave the shop. She is so rude, doesn't understand clear communication and damaged my cuticles when I asked her to remove the gel.

This Man who done my nails was very rude to me and my mum.I asked for French tips and this is what I got my hand got cut several times if I could put zero stars I would do not come here I want my money back

Please don’t go here. I’ve been a few times because it’s very close to home and had almost always bad experiences. The last time I asked a French manicure with shellac and the the final result was really terrible, all nails looked different. On top of that, the nail polished peeled off from one nail after only 24h!! Now it’s been 4 days and I’ve already lost the shellac on 3 nails. I won’t go back again to this place, they don’t know how to do their job.

Really rude staff, didn’t give me the time to choose what I wanted and told me to leave because they had an appointment (bare in mind no one was there) they have terrible colours and the nail varnish looks old- don’t recommend at all.
