I visited yesterday evening to ask about prices for a lash lift and to arrange a patch test. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting me seemed irritated when I asked basic questions, and I felt as though doing the patch test was an inconvenience. I ended up leaving because I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. Customer service and making clients feel at ease are really important, so this was disappointing.

I came in asking for eyebrow threading, when the lady finished I wondered why it was done in half the time it usually takes as I have been coming here for over a year. My eyebrows were completely ruined with some bits being trimmed too short and others left completely. I am very unhappy with how my eyebrows turned out and I won't be coming here again.

Always such friendly service. Fatima did my treatments today. She started a few weeks ago and her customer service was amazing throughout! She made the hollywood as painless as possible and we had a lovely chat. All the ladies are so friendly and welcoming and I’m always happy with the results. All equipment is kept clean and they use good quality products. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed and threaded at Lashious for a while, and the service has always been excellent. The staff are professional, friendly and consistently do a great job shaping my brows. Fatima and Preeti usually do my brows, and I love the results every time. Today I had came in and Fatima waxed and threaded my sideburns, chin, upper lip and eyebrows! She was really nice and helped me through the process, so it made me comfortable. I would recommend this place!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff do not seem to communicate properly with customers and the way they speak is not professional.

When I tried to book an appointment, they told me I could come at a certain time. However, when I arrived, they said I had to wait and that the appointment was not available. This was very confusing and frustrating.

It feels like customers are being misinformed. The staff should give clear information and keep their commitments to appointments. I hope the management will improve the communication and service in the future.
