“I’m especially disappointed because I used to come here before and the quality was always good, which is why I trusted the salon again. Unfortunately this time was completely different. I paid £55 and in less than 10 days the nails are already lifting, breaking and coming off. For that price, I expected much better durability and professional quality. It’s frustrating because I know they used to do a much better job. Sadly this experience felt rushed and not worth the money at all.”

Very professional, they don't rush and they make sure your nails look good before you leave!

NAIL SHOP NIGHTMARE!!!!

Had the absolute worst nail experience of my life at this shop. I typically go to an amazing beauty lounge in Tottenham (Sharp Beauty) however I didn’t book in time and needed an emergency appointment so opted for Glamorous Nails because it was local to me. I came in to do a biab infill on my natural nails and immediately from the start of the appointment the nail prep and biab process was not like anything I had ever seen or was used to. No manual tools were used (apart from a nail clipper to destroy the shape and length of my natural nails), the biab that was applied appeared of low quality and the technique used was not as in-depth as it typically should be. It was just the most horrendous experience. I had the most beautiful nail shape prior to walking in and I have been left with an unrectifiable shape and length that I did not ask for. When I voiced my concerns it was quickly shut down and there was a sense of hostility instead of reassurance and trying to better the situation. I will never, ever, ever step foot inside this store again, very poor quality service. Do not recommend at all.

Had a manicure and the man doing it was very sharp and abrupt
Everyone else in the shop was paying after their nails had been done but he made me pay before he even started
Then told me to sit with my hands under the dryer and started on the next client
I had no idea how long to stay there for or the service was complete until I asked 1 of his colleagues
Will not be going back
