Rose Nails was honestly a really frustrating experience. Me and my sister were told to come at 4:15 but when we got there they were clearly overbooked, my sister ended up waiting over an hour and no one was even willing to do her nails in the end which was ridiculous. The receptionist was really sweet and actually tried to help, and the person who did my nails was also lovely and did an amazing job, so no complaints there at all. But the rest of the nail techs had such bad attitudes and didn’t seem interested in taking anyone on, even people who were happy to wait. It just felt really disorganised and unprofessional overall, I wouldn’t go back.

I had the most patient man, Jimmy who did my nails a natural chrome. He took his time, was polite and friendly. 10/10 recommend :)

Not happy with my experience at all, I used to be a regular here but not anymore. The 2 women who work there are terrible they’ve cut me everytime I had them there today was the worst experience. I was in pain the entire time. The nails don’t even look good they’re all wonky one longer than the other and I’ve been left bleeding. She charged me £40 for this as well I’m so disappointed the only good technician there is Eric. I would like a refund.

Had such an amazing experience at this salon! The pedicure service was excellent from start to finish — super relaxing, very clean, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. They really took their time and made sure everything was perfect. My feet have never felt better! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a bit of pampering ✨

By far the worst mail shop that I have ever been to!!! If you’re looking for somewhere in Barking that actually does the job right, go to Glamorous Nails.

I went there for a simple design, the technician did my right hand ok. Then completely neglected the left, he was painting my nails while looking up and holding conversations with customers that entered the shop. So you can obviously tell that the nails would come out streaky. He came up with a bogus excuse of why the nails looked that way and then redone them.

He then moved onto my toes, which I requested for them to be painted white in gel polish. I was in a rush to make it to my regular nail salon before they opened, but I was too late and it was quite busy so I settled for Rose nails which had just opened. So I completely forgot that I broke my mail the day before. Usually my nail artist would ask if I want an extension to help make my nails match up. Instead he did he own thing being a mixture of circular and rounded square nails. Because I was not sat in the pedicure chair, but instead at the desk. He never let me see my feet until it was done. So when I saw the rushed job and selection of shapes he presented, he knew that I’d be pissed. He told me to come back at 6pm because he has other bookings. Is that my problem? Manage your clientele better.

I came back at 6 for him to rectify my hands and feet, but at that point I didn’t even want to see the fool’s face. So I went to the next person that was available. I was shocked when they decided to charge me extra for a mistake that he had made. Another technician that WASN’T EVEN THERE, tried to tell me I was wrong and that the reason it was shaped like that was because of the my feet which makes no sense. HE DECIDED TO CUT THEM DOWN. Clearly proving he had more than enough nail to work with. She had already started correcting my toe nails, when the previous technician decided to come over and open his mouth. I told them I don’t think it’s right that they are going to charge me after inconveniencing me like this, I had plans which this situation had made me late for. He then tells her to stop doing my nails when she had just put the tips on. Saying it’s somehow my fault for him not being good at his job 😂😂😂 The owner came over and could clearly see the shaping and design was off and said nothing but just make sure it’s square. Like huh??? The girl then redone my left had and it came out worse than before.

The worst ever nail shop, worst customer service and the staff had the worst attitude. If I could rate 0 I would.

The first time I went to this place was he guy ended up leaving me 45 mins with my nails in the solution whilst he took care of a customer that was late for their appointment. They gave me a discount code to use

The second time they said they have the colour requested when I asked just for them to not have the colour at the end and from cat eye silver nails I ended up with pure black nails and charged 45£.

Utterly ridiculous!!!
