I showed a picture of what I wanted and I get the exact same amazing work. Prices are reasonable aswell

Very rude you cant communicate with them.
The service was horrible. My nails didnt even last ONE DAY. And they didnt even clean the cuticles. Its all a mess and all uneven. The colours are old too.
Dont waste your money in a business that they know nothing about customer service.
I basically gifted them £25. I will never go ever again and I dont recommend to anyone. Dont waste your money.

I booked a BIAB infill and gel pedicure, but the service I received was very disappointing. Despite clearly asking for a BIAB infill, the nail technician applied a full set of acrylics without my consent. My natural nails were healthy and strong, and I had specifically avoided acrylics as they weaken the nails. After this service, my nails were left damaged and brittle.

I also clearly explained that I wanted thin white tips and showed a reference photo. This was ignored, and a design I did not like was done instead. When I said I wasn’t happy, I was told the technician’s design looked better than the photo and that I should be satisfied, which felt very dismissive.

The technician handled my hands roughly throughout the appointment, repeatedly pulling them away. This caused my nails to hit the lamp and smudge twice. I was then blamed for this, even though his actions caused it. His attitude became visibly angry and unprofessional.

The salon itself was uncomfortable, with a strong smell and no heating. When I returned the following day to address the issue, I was refused service and told they were closing, despite there being no queue.

Overall, very poor service, lack of communication, and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend.

Worst nail salon experience ever — avoid this place!
I went in for my first-ever pedicure, thinking I’d treat myself. Big mistake. The man doing my pedicure was so rough that he cut my skin, saw it bleeding, and still dipped my feet back into the water completely unhygienic!

A few days later, my toe turned black and infected. I had to see a doctor and was told I now have a black toe. This place is disgusting they clearly do not clean their equipment after use.

Do NOT go here. The hygiene standards are dangerously low, and the staff clearly don’t care. This shop needs to be inspected before someone else gets hurt.

I am not going to lie they do the nails so beautifully but the customer service is unbelievable. They will literally be sitting doing your nails talking about you in their language making it look so obvious. They made me feel so uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Because they’re really good at their job. It was my second time there and I’m really happy with the service.
Tom did my nails and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to look like.
Definitely gonna go back to the place again and again.

The prices are great! My mum has been coming for almost 15 years. The staff are lovely, feels very homely :) and their work is amazing. They really try and care about doing a good job. My mum gets gel and I get acrylic. Their work is really strong, last us over without breaking or cracking.
