Thank you for your honest feedback and for supporting us as one of your local nail bars. We’re truly sorry for the delay and for the experience you had during your appointment.

Unfortunately, one of our nail technicians called in sick unexpectedly that morning while we already had a very busy booking schedule, which caused appointments to run behind. We completely understand how frustrating this can be and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

We’re also sorry if our staff came across as short or less welcoming than usual. The team was under pressure trying their best to accommodate everyone, but that is never an excuse for making customers feel anything less than valued and comfortable.

We really appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we will continue working on improving our staffing and appointment management to provide a smoother and more relaxing experience for all clients!

Thank you for your feedback. As a business, we believe transparency is important, so we reviewed your appointment carefully before responding.

Our BIAB services are scheduled for approximately 45 minutes. Your appointment ran one hour as additional time was spent helping you select a colour you felt happy with. We always prefer to invest extra time where needed to ensure clients leave satisfied with their choice.

We also reviewed our CCTV footage regarding your concerns about staff conduct. The technician remained professional and focused on your service throughout. There was no discussion about other clients during your appointment. Only brief, general team conversation occurred in the background, which is normal in a salon environment and did not impact your treatment.

In terms of payment, we continue to accept all standard payment methods, including card. The card machine was presented to you; however, the contactless transaction did not process. So bank tranfer were offered purely to make payment as convenient as possible.

We work hard to maintain fair pricing that reflects the treatment booked, the time allocated, and the products used. While we understand that every client has individual expectations, we also stand confidently by the service delivered on this occasion.

We appreciate all genuine feedback and remain committed to providing a professional and welcoming experience to every client.
