Her attention to detail, precision, and perfectionism are unmatched—every set of nails she does is flawless. Customer service here is terrible. They're not polite, talk amongst themselves before answering you, never smile or say thank you. Even when you have an appointment you are waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes, and they take a long time to do your nails. I honestly don't know how they are still in business, other than the locals who are not bothered to travel further to go get their nails done.

The guy who did my nails rushed through the entire process, it was not a great experience. He is impatient and it’s no surprise that my nails are looking like they were done in kindergarten.

Sadly what I dislike the most is that they don’t respect our nail shape choices . I’ve paid £38 for a Biab infill and won’t get the shape I want , I wanted a short stiletto and my nails are pretty long . The guy couldn’t be bothered to do it and kept saying is not possible. As you can see in the picture a short stiletto was def possible.
Besides that I’m happy with all services provided at this salon .

2* only becouse the pedicure was very nicely done ,
The infill manicure was an awful experience, asked for natural looking set of nails instead got set that has diffrent shapes and sizes , infill on some of them its so far from the cuticle that id probably need another infill next week. Very disappointing. Seem like they charging prices as they wish as well, more expensive every time.

Not local but whenever I’m staying in West London I come here to get my nails done. Great shape and attention to detail and lady who did them is very nice. They even gave me a hand cream for Xmas 💅🏻💜

Such a lovely salon!! Came here with my poor nails being ruined by a different salon and this nail spa were great ! They finished the removal as it was half done and were cautious of my nails since my nails had been filed down and were sore ! Will definitely be back and can’t wait to get a set done by them 💓💓

I had a pedicure and the lady accidentally cut me. I had no issue with this as accidents happen and I was happy to pay the price advertised which was £45. My toe kept on bleeding and she attempted to stop the bleeding with nail glue. When I asked her what she was doing and what the tube was putting on my toe she didn’t respond and then tried to hide the nail glue. I took the nail glue and told her she shouldn’t be doing this - I had no response.

Attempting to stop an open wound no matter how small is crazy and unhygienic. That has never happened to me and it’s disgusting.

When I told the woman at reception I was not happy to pay for the pedicure but I will pay for the toes she was more interested about the money and didn't care that one of her employees tried to stop the bleeding by nail glue.

I was told it was an ‘emergency’ NEVER should nail glue be used to stop an open wound from bleeding. I would think twice about coming here as their hygiene standards and practices are not up to scratch.
