I’ve been a client of Helen’s for 16 years , I was in the salon yesterday when this horrible woman was in and I won’t go into detail but she was so mean and agreesssive and to lie and say all this thing is very hurtful for Helen . Please remove these awful reviews

I am extremely disappointed with the dishonesty at this salon after being a customer for over a year. After missing an appointment, the communication was terrible, and the stylist outright lied to me. She ( waxing lady ) claimed Treatwell takes an 80% cut and forced me to pay her directly. Treatwell explicitly confirmed that she pays zero fees for repeat clients. She simply lied to pocket extra money. Book with caution.

As one of Helen’s clients, I honestly think this review is unfair. Helen is kind, professional, and takes pride in her work. I witnessed the situation myself and saw the lady leave without paying for the service. I’ve always had a positive experience with Helen and have always been happy with my hair and the service she provides.

Hi, I did my hair today I’m so happy. Helen did a big nice transformation from my dark brown hair to blond balayage. And I also would like to confirm that I was at Helen’s salon during this appointment where a lady didn’t wanted to pay. The review left by this person is not truthful. The woman who had done her hair there tried to leave without paying the additional fee. I witnessed the service myself, and the review does not reflect what actually happened. This appears to be a false and misleading review, and I believe it should be removed. It’s really embarrassing that you get several people to write that they experienced the same thing at the same time. Don’t go to a salon if you don’t intend to pay. I am, however, extremely happy with my hair, Helen did a beautiful balayage on me until this wired woman disrupted the salon by trying to sneak out without paying. Very embarrassing behaviour from a grown women.

One of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. She clearly cared more about rushing to the next customer than doing my hair properly. The final result was messy and disappointing, and when I expressed my concerns, she spoke to me disrespectfully and still insisted on charging extra. I left feeling completely ripped off.

I would not go back to this hairdresser. The appointment felt rushed because she kept mentioning other customers waiting. The hairstyle did not match the photo I showed her, and I was charged more than the agreed amount. Customer service was also very poor when I raised my concerns.

Very disappointing experience. We agreed on a price beforehand, but after the appointment I was asked to pay more. I also showed a reference photo for Hollywood curls, but the final result looked rushed and unfinished. When I tried to explain my concerns, the response was rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this service.

Please watch out for this hairdresser. She overcharges and does not deliver what was agreed on. We initially agreed on £40, and I clearly showed her the hairstyle I wanted which she accepted.

She rushed the job, saying she had other customers waiting. When I complained, she became extremely rude, did not do the job properly, and then forced me to pay more than the agreed price.

Avoid her at all costs.

Helen's Salon has competitive rates, the best hi/low-lites, a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and service.
I have had my unevenly greying dull dark blonde mid length hair hi/low-lited by Helen herself for years, as she always does an amazing job!
Helen always listens to my idea of what I would like, does exactly that and it always looks good when she's finished.
The salon is clean, bright and nicely decorated.
The beauty salon in addition to multiple hairdressers, also offers everything from massages to waxing
