I recently tried to book an appointment at this salon and was immediately greeted by a receptionist whose attitude was surprisingly rude and dismissive. It’s disappointing, because first impressions matter — and if the person at the front desk can’t deliver basic courtesy, it makes you question what the rest of the experience would be like. I didn’t end up scheduling anything because I didn't feel comfortable moving forward. Hopefully this is an isolated case, but I believe customer service should be consistent from start to finish.

I have been a regular for one year now, and occasionally give a tip or some cookies. The people are lovely and do a good job

My old lavender nails were replaced with nice light blue almonds. Lady was nice.

Unfortately I am still confused, I usually pay 30/35 when replacing, this time I payed more than usual, as an acrylic/biab person.
I didnt know i was on a gel and paying more than usual :(

For this reason I am unsure if I will come again thank you

I’ve been going to Pristine Nails for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole team is so friendly, considerate, and welcoming - it’s always such a lovely atmosphere to walk into. They’re incredibly attentive to detail, whether it’s shaping, polish, or a pedicure – everything is done with so much care. The salon is spotless, and you really feel looked after every time. Truly my go-to nail salon – couldn’t recommend them enough!

I do want to say this is a lovely clean salon. However, my nails are awful, the gel spills into my cuticle. Where gel flooded cuticles and sides, it will start to peel off in that places. Not to mention poor execution on the cuticles and skin around the nail. Won’t be going back…I’ve literally done my nails better
