I went to this salon for a wash, colour, and blow-dry, and specifically asked for teal hair multiple times. Unfortunately, the hairdresser seemed more focused on chatting with other customers than listening to what I wanted. The result was a dark forest green colour, which was completely different from what I had asked for.

Instead of fixing it properly, she kept applying blue dye over the green, blow-drying it, washing it out, and repeating this process around four times. This left the ends of my hair feeling dry and damaged, and the colour was still green. I eventually asked her to just dye it brown so I could leave with something acceptable, but she said she had to go home despite her cornering me and locking me inside because she said I had to pay.

What made the experience worse was the lack of any apology. Despite clearly seeing how unhappy I was, she still expected me to pay. When my sister tried to calmly explain that the service was not what I requested and that I shouldn’t be charged, the hairdresser became rude and unprofessional calling us names and speaking disrespectfully.

This could have been resolved with a simple apology and an effort to fix the mistake properly. Instead, it turned into a very unpleasant experience. By far one of the most unprofessional and disappointing services I’ve ever had.

My sister went in for a simple hair appointment and clearly asked for a specific colour. Not only was the result completely different (her hair was dyed green instead), but the situation escalated in a way that was honestly frightening.

When she tried to leave, she was not allowed to do so and had to call me for help. I had to step in over the phone and firmly state that she had every right to leave and the relevant laws. Instead of resolving things calmly, the staff member became aggressive and started shouting at both of us and calling me names.

My sister was visabily in tears and extremely distressed and she continued saying to her "do you do this all the time"

It got to the point where we had to threaten to call the police before my sister was finally allowed to leave.

Mistakes can happen in any business, but how they are handled says everything. This was not just poor service — it was unacceptable and deeply concerning behaviour.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before going here for hair services.

Awful customer service , grubby salon and unprofessional service. I didn’t even stay for my facial as the facialist was more half an hour late - no apologies for this. I walked in ten minutes prior to my appointment and it was as if it’s the first she’s heard of the booking even though I was made to repeatedly call and text during the week when I was checking to confirm the time. I then I sat for half an hour and was made to wait on a pedicure chair? No windows , no ventilation , fumes of nail varnish is so bad. Not a relaxing space for a facial to be carried out. So I walked out.

10 out of 10 Sara is the best hairdresser I entered the salon with my hair being dull , Afro and uneven haircut and I came out a completely different person with shiny, straight buttery hair and the haircut was straight finally for once in my life. I highly recommend Sara she is professional and friendly and no matter what’s the situation of your hair she would never judge or make fun. She is an absolute Star 🤩

terrible customer service on the phone! i called to book for a hollywood wax through a wowcher deal i purchased, and the lady on the phone was talking as if she wasn’t bothered to communicate on the phone. she sounded so annoyed, unbothered, no enthusiasm, so nonchalant and then she told me to send her a message on whatsapp rather than checking for availability on the phone for an appointment? i send her a message now and then call back 4 times, no answer! out of all the salons, i chose to book for a treatment here but the customer service experience over the phone is disgusting! even when she was giving out her number on the phone, she wasn’t even clear, and she literally couldn’t be bothered! how do you expect to have a good business with great customer retention if your service communication is poor? i will take my wowcher code elsewhere, i’m very disappointed! i’ve got things to do and they just long out the process “go on whatsapp”, and they still don’t respond, it’s ridiculous!

Hanan is wonderful! I go monthly for laser hair removal treatment and she has always made me feel at ease by explaining the treatment, being clean and professional, and providing excellent results. I’m so impressed by her treatments and ability to make an hour of hair removal a pleasant and quick yet successful experience.

i had my laser hair removal done here. usually, i do have a regularly place i go to which they do a brilliant job and my hair takes a while to grow back(i had missed an appointment on that day and decided to try this company). i was very skeptical to go here. i paid £60 and the hair grew back thicker even within a week. the lady who attended to me lacked knowledge about what she was doing. she kept repeating herself with vague answers. service was very poor to be very honest. professionalism (0), communication (0). she lied about my hair taking a while to grow and this time it grew thicker than before and got burnt as well.

For the love of yourself do not go here. The owner/manager does not seem to understand discretion and wants you to state your private business very openly in front of all and sundry, so for example if you want laser hair removal on your nether regions be sure there will be an audience. I have had to ask to speak to her privately myself with her lacking the professionalism and simple common sense. Let's assume you bypass this cringe worthy stage and get to the point of laser, she will singe your skin by the inappropriate gel to skin ratio. Basically she is tight with her usage of gel which forms a protective barrier for your skin against the excruciatingly painful laser beams. I have had to say that's too hot many times throughout various appointments. The cheap prices have been the only reason I have returned. She is also quite prying and nosey and it is not somewhere you would like to go unless desperate, which I was. She is also quite keen to suggest you laser your entire coo coo as it is cleaner. She is not someone you want dabbling around anywhere near there. It's cheap but sure as hell ain't cheerful. Stick to waxing or keep your bush.
