I have been a regular at this nail salon, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Four weeks ago I was wrongly accused of leaving a bad review, which I did not do. I tried to move past it and came back to get my nails done, but when I arrived I was told I needed to book online even though this has always been a walk in salon.
The way I was treated made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable, especially as it happened in front of other customers. I felt singled out and ashamed. No regular customer should be treated like this. I will not be returning.

We would like to clarify the situation. On the day of your visit, we were fully booked with pre-scheduled appointments due to the Bank Holiday, which is one of our busiest times. On normal day, we usually welcome walk-in clients but today is Bank holiday we only received customers who have booked in advance, and we can’t confirmed time available to offer you when you come back today

We have done nothing wrong because you were even very uncomfortable listening to our explanation and left before we even finished talking to you. Your attitude towards us is very bad and you no longer have enough sympathy for us to do your nails. Our shop does not welcome customers who show disrespect towards others.
