I have used the salon for a number of treatments. The salon is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly. My most recent treatment was Laser hair removal. They had previously discussed all the payment options such as single session price or package price. They were also very understanding when I had to cancel a previous appointment at short notice. Excellent after care advice. Thank you Elegance Beauty 🤗

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I attended for a consultation regarding laser hair removal and was not informed of all costs before treatment began. A patch test was carried out, and only afterwards was I told that there would be a charge. At no point beforehand was the fee clearly explained or agreed to.
The issue wasn’t the amount of money involved, but the lack of honesty and communication. Had the charge been explained beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was put in an uncomfortable position and left with very little confidence in the clinic’s professionalism.
Clear communication and informed consent should be the minimum standard for any cosmetic treatment provider. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. If you are considering treatment, make sure you ask for a full breakdown of all charges in writing before agreeing to anything.

Staff are super sweet and amazing! I came at 6:50 and even though they close at 7 they stayed open which was incredibly kind. Would 100% recommend. Thankyou so much!

I’m on my second full leg laser treatment; having considered it for most of my adult life, I’m soo glad I finally got around to it. I noticed a difference in hair thickness about a week after the first treatment. And I’m very excited to enjoy the full effect over the next couple of months, no more spikes legs and razor cuts for me! I bought a package of 8 treatments so the price was bought right down per treatment. The lovely lady who laser my legs checked I was comfortable throughout - checking I wasn’t in any pain. The site is very clean and clutter free. I’ve also had mine and my daughter’s nails gel painted here, great service and attention. Thank you, Annie (37yr Female).

I am very impressed with this salon in Askew Road. It is super clean and a harmonious place to be. The girl who did my nails did an excellent job.
All the girls are very sweet and friendly. They have been well trained on their product range.
I will be coming back for other treatments!

I had a really great experience at this laser clinic! The space is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, in special Rutul. She takes the time to answer questions and make sure you feel at ease throughout the process.

I’m also very happy with the service and the results so far. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatments! 😊☺️.

The salon is amazing! I walked in for a lash lift and I’m honestly amazed with the results! My lashes lifted perfectly, it was better than I expected. I used to get my lashes done elsewhere and it wasn’t as lifted. Found my new location for lashes 😌

I LOVE elegance Beauty - They recently opened on Askew Road and I come every single month for Mani Pedi Shellac & Eyebrow Tinting 💖
They are open late and super easy to book appointments. There are also sun beds and lots of other beauty treatments. They also have loyalty cards 💳 for customers 💖 Highly Recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so in love with my nails. Everyone was so lovely. I was impatient with the nail artist (Lee) but she was so lovely.
Went there just for a BIAB, ending up getting my eyebrows tinted as well. The manager Trusha is such a darling.
Highly recommend this place !!!
