"I went for waxing initial check-in was smooth, the waiting process was unacceptable. After being told to wait 15 minutes , we were left unattended for 40 minutes without any staff checking in. This lack of attention shows a clear disregard for customers' time and overall respect.

Very disappointed- not only have the almond shape nails been filed wonky but I initially wasn’t allowed to choose one of the colours I wanted!?

First one of my extensions was filed really wonky - I was first told it was because of my own nail but then the technician gave in and fixed the mistake it by building the extension up again.

I wanted a tortoise shell design (2 colours) but the nail tech wasn’t able to do the design which was fine, so I chose to have a red French tip with a pink line - first I was told I couldn’t have another colour (conveniently when the nail tech’s next client arrived / she was clearly in a rush to attend to them because she’d taken about 2 hrs adding the extensions 🙄) then I was told I could only have a metallic colour.

After I expressed my disappointment I was told I’d have to pay double to get another colour AND wait for someone else to do it.

When I left, the manager asked if I was happy & I said no, letting him know I’d have to go elsewhere and pay for the design I want. He didn’t care or listened, just smiled, took my money and said okay thank you - too busy talking to his friends.

I definitely wouldn’t go back - very disappointing experience.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get my eyebrows done and was told to wait 15 minutes. However, even after 45 minutes I was still waiting. We had already agreed on the service and the waiting time, but there was no proper update or explanation. What was even more disappointing was that someone who came after us was served before us. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating.

Shame on the service!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years for various beauty treatments and always been wonderful. This week I decided to give gel extensions a go for the new year.
