This Superdrug store is located in Westfield London. This is one of the biggest Superdrug stores I have ever been in. The staff are really helpful and the store provided excellent Air Conditioning which I appreciated on a very hot day! It feels very modern in this store as well.

It’s quite a big Superdrug and you can find almost everything with a good price. The shop feels a bit more compact than some of the newer flagship stores, but they manage the space well and keep the aisles relatively clear. However they should really have some self-checkouts. The cashier isn’t really friendly and didn’t even ask us if we need a bag etc. But overall not a bad one.

Khushbu and Shital were so amazing in getting my daughter’s ears pierced. They were so genuinely kind and made my ear piercing process so smooth and stress free!

This superdrug is huge and you can find most things here but that's where it ends.

The products here are covered in dust which ruins the experience as touching products means dusty hands.

The roof was also leaking when I visited which posed a hazard for shoppers.

Some of the staff on the till aren't too friendly but I can live with that.

The other branches despite being smaller gave me a much better experience and I buy all my stuff from Superdrug.

Despite me entering the store under 15 mins before closure on a friday evening the staff were very welcoming and helpful and did not mention anything about time. Especially at the perfume counter I didnt plan on buying any perfume but due to the kindness and knowledge of the staff member who assisted us we ended up buying two bottles of perfume as well. Also amazed by the appearance of this superdrug store, they have done an amazing job with the shop front and design

Underwhelming experience at the parfume counter, staff blanked customers whilst tidying the cabinets, even when her colleauges called her it took several attempts to get her attention. On the other hand staff at the main checkout was helpful and polite. Large store with a broad range of products.

Staff lack customer service especially the women on the tills. Also why is the stock so dirty? A simple wipe down when doing delivery would have sufficed.
