I’ve been coming to this nail shop for a while now, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places to go. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the team treats me with so much respect every single time I walk in. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, which makes a huge difference.

The quality of their work is consistently excellent—whether it’s a simple manicure or something more detailed, they always take their time and make sure everything looks perfect. They pay attention to the little details and never rush, which I really appreciate.

What stands out the most is how comfortable they make me feel. It’s not just about getting my nails done—it’s the whole experience. I always leave feeling happy, confident, and well taken care of.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my nails. I got acrylics done and one of them broke less than 15 minutes after I left, which shouldn’t happen at all. The paint job wasn’t done properly either — the sides and tips weren’t fully covered, and overall they just look messy and unfinished.

The lady who did my nails was really sweet, but unfortunately the quality of the work just wasn’t there. It feels rushed and not worth what I paid. I was expecting clean, durable nails and didn’t get that at all. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

I went in for a long overdue emergency biab removal and left with my first cat eye shellac which was lovely.

The finished look was neat and decent but I doubt I’ll go back just because my nails were cut into an awkward triangle shape along down the sides as if ingrown (which they weren’t) instead of straight across or following a natural curve?

Never experienced this before from a salon or nail bar where they don’t ask what shape I want to keep my nails.

Amazing service and so fast and efficient! I'm so impressed! I went with a broken nail which they very kindly agreed to fix and they did such a good job that they not only fixed it perfectly but they also matched the hard to achieve metallic chrome colour of my other nails EXACTLY! So much so that you can't even tell a difference from the other nails! The ladies are so kind, humble and polite that I was instantly at ease. I'm so impressed and I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I honestly love this salon so much! All the nail techs are really lovely and make you feel comfortable every time. Alissa especially is amazing, she always does my nails exactly how I want them and they turn out perfect. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been using Cosmo nails since they open in Westfield. I have never encountered a bad experience - the staff are friendly, accommodating and always take time and care in doing my nails. They have a great colour selection and the staff always make sure I am happy with the shape and colour of polish once it's applied.

I had an awful experience, I was quoted £35 for basic manicure and shellac, then the lady tilled up £45 as I was paying with my card. She said it was for extras, which I did not get or ask for. She spoke very little English, it was pointless arguing with her.
