Wayyyy over priced £80 for a little take off and simple French, didn't even look close to the photo i showed, staff trying to up charge you, very rude, pulling and tugging at your hands, nails weren't even shaped evenly, not luxury at all, by far the worst service I've ever received, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This place is so bad and so expensive…

I came in without an appointment for a gel nail extension and was serviced by Lin. She was gentle, took great care with her work, and was patient when I was unsure about colors, even letting me try them first. The shape of my nails is perfect – highly recommend.

I wish I had read the reviews before paying £60 for nonsense. Polish had so much lint in it, when I brought it up I was told that that’s just how that colour is? Because it’s milky white!????????? Then telling me I should pick another colour because that’s how it is??! On top of that, the lady that was painting my nails was giving me attitude like I put lint in her polish?? Three days later and the nails have started to chip.
Please there are so many nails salons outside of the mall. Don’t waste your money or your time in this hell of a business.

Do not ever go to this place!!! My best friend who rarely ever gets her nails done wanted to remove her shellac and the lady who treated her has caused so much pain that she is still in pain a day later! And she paid £15- for a removal only! You should be ashamed of yourselves and the services you provide!

The ladies did a great job, my nails were perfect however upon leaving I checked my banking and noticed I was charged £10 more than advised. This was very disappointing.

Don’t recommend this salon at all. The lady filed my nails so hard that they were so painful before applying the biap. Advised her to not file them this hard and she mentioned that it’s because I had biap on my nails too often (it was my third time and no one filed them this thin). My nails were chipped in a week and 2 weeks later they look like this and very painful..
Not hygienic at all.

Doesn’t worth 55£ at all !
Never seen acrylic nails so tick from the tips and some nails are angled upwards while even my natural nails doesn’t look like this!
Also Kept telling the nail technician to fix the shape each time, she messed up my nails from the beginning!

Okay so I just wanted an infill and that cost me £55 so I’m expecting really good nails, no I asked for square nails and the shape looks so rounded from the tip. She was also so rude

Nails have lifted after the second day. They were uneven and he flooded my cuticles with acrylic. The guy was using too much acrylic liquid that the beads were actually falling off the brush. I ignored everything and trusted the process but the fact that they’re coming off in 2 days is just unacceptable.
